2011 Seam Vermentino – Calaveras County

2011 Seam Vermentino – Calaveras County – That’s Skull County for all you that no habla Espanol. Pretty badass right?

Organically farmed grapes from the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas.

Nicoles Tasting Notes:

This wine has bright citrus characteristics of pomelo and tangerine combined with fragrant jasmine and an ample amount of minerality. On the palate, lively acidity, a touch of ginger spice, and a hint of honey give this wine a robust roundness. Would pair well with a cucumber salad with ginger vinaigrette, sushi and a friend. This wine is Summer Summer Summertime!

2013 Folk Machine Parts & Labor

The Brainchild & Passion Project of Kenny Likitprakong. ( Seriously not joking, That is the dudes last name) Kenny sources fruit and makes wine like, well….like a Hobo. Hence the name of his Winery.

Parts & Labor is his California Rendition of a French Bistro Wine. It delivers! A lighter handed Syrah , Carignane & Grenache sourced primarily from Central Coast Vineryards. Crunchy fruit, lil earthy, lil savory this wine is perfect to class up some Burgers or gourmet tacos.
